Skillet Kielbasa

1 large onion diced

3 large carrots, cut into 2” pieces cut in half lengthwise

3 tablespoonsOil

½ bag Fifth Season Potato Fusion, frozen

1Garret Valley Polska Kielbasa, thickly sliced


  1. Heat skillet; add 1 tablespoon oil to heat. Add carrots; sauté for 5 minutes. Add diced onions; sauté under medium heat for 5 minutes. Remove from pan and set aside.

  2. Add remaining oil (2 tablespoons) oil; heat. Add potato fusion mix to pan. Stir to coat with oil. Sauté for 5-8 minutes – do not flip or stir – until lightly browned. Stir and continue to cook until evenly browned. Remove from pan and set aside with onions and carrots.

  3. Add kielbasa to pan; cook until thoroughly heated through. Remove from pan.

  4. Add mixed vegetables to pan; top with kielbasa.
